Hump Day Hub
The Hump Day Hub was a welcoming, wellbeing-focused creative project that brought people together t. Each week, participants explored creative writing, drama, social singing, and movement in a relaxed and supportive environment. At its heart, the project focused on building a strong sense of community—creating a space where individuals felt connected, valued, and encouraged to express themselves.
Through these sessions, participants developed confidence, improved their overall wellbeing, and reduced feelings of isolation, while forming meaningful friendships and support networks. The Hump Day Hub left a lasting impact, celebrating the power of creativity to bring people together and support positive mental health.
